Meet Courtney!
An Atlanta native, Courtney was born and raised in Alpharetta, Georgia. At 18, she left home to attend Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville, GA where she took an interest in the political process after taking several Political Science courses. Courtney was also active with her campus life joining the Phi Mu sorority and competing on the university’s Mock Trial team, later becoming a Mock Trial coach for the university. It was during her senior year when her interest in the legal process ignited into a burning desire. Later that year she graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville, GA with a B.A. in Political Science and was accepted into the prestigious Emory University School of Law.
Courtney made the most of every opportunity available to expand her knowledge of the Law while working to obtain her Juris Doctorate degree. During her time at Emory Law, she won the coveted Restoring Religious Freedom Project Annual Award and was active in the Federalist Society. She was accepted into and worked for the United Nations in their Counter-Terrorism Executive Directorate program. She also externed for the Cobb County District Attorney’s Office where she assisted the Appellate Division in writing several appellate and amicus briefs and preparing for oral arguments before the Supreme Court of Georgia and Georgia Court of Appeals. In the summer of 2018, Courtney was offered and accepted the honor of interning in the Office of White House Counsel under the Trump administration where she gained experience in ethics, national security, and assisted with the nomination of Justice Brett Kavanaugh. She returned to Georgia for her last year of law school to clerk for the American Center for Law and Justice where she worked to protect our First Amendment rights and constitutional freedoms.
Courtney is active in the Georgia Young Republicans and Georgia Republican Party. She is the current President of the Fulton County Republican Women. Courtney was admitted as a member of the State Bar of Georgia in December of 2020 and is also admitted to practice law in the Georgia Court of Appeals and Federal Court in the Northern District of GA. James Magazine has named her one of the Most Influential Attorneys of 2021 and 2022 while being the youngest attorney to ever receive the award in years past.
Currently, Courtney is a practicing attorney who specializes in political and election law, civil litigation, and is an active advocate for election integrity. Courtney stands at the forefront of fighting for conservative values while zealously advocating for justice for her clients and seeking the truth in all matters she handles.
